Please place orders with our Customer Service Department in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) region of North Carolina, USA by mail, fax, telephone, e-mail or our website. Customers can establish an open account with us, or we also accept MasterCard, AmEx and Visa.

Deposits: Some of the equipment we offer is imported. Not only are they imported, but made to order. Therefore, a deposit may be required. On imported items, the shipping from Europe, customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. may be included in the price of the product, just ask for verification. NOTE: Imported items can not be returned for reasons other than warranty concerns or defects in workmanship.

Return Material Authorization (RMA): Our receiving department has been instructed to accept packages from customers only when our RMA number is clearly visible on the shipping label. Please contact our Customer Service Department to request an RMA number. (johnr@productsafet.com)

Restocking Charge: A restocking charge of up to 15% of the value of the returned goods may be assessed when they are taken back for the convenience of the client.

Refused Shipments: When goods are returned to us because they were not accepted and when we are subsequently requested to reship them, the new invoice will include the cost of both outbound shipments plus the inbound shipment.

Export Customers: ED&D welcomes export orders. We require payment in advance of shipment for all orders outside the U.S. and Canada. Payment may be made by credit card or wire transfer in U.S. dollars only. There is an added charge of $20.00 for wire transfers, to cover the bank fee. Customers can provide a UPS or FedEx shipper account number, thereby eliminating the need for shipping quotations. However, we are prepared to make such quotations and add to invoice. ALSO, in some cases, there may be an additional cost to provide electrical products with your special input voltage and frequency needs. Please specify your needs for us.

Prices: Prices are subject to adjustment at any time. Personal quotations are honored for 30 days, unless otherwise noted.
