| Impact Hammers
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is also a Rockwell Hardness specification for the impact hammer head. Once this polyamide material has been cut and formed into the hammer head it is impossible to determine the Rockwell Hardness. ED&D, Inc. is able to prove that our hammer heads meet the Rockwell Hardness specification. If you have purchased an impact hammer from anyone other than ED&D, Inc. please ask that manufacturer to provide you with information stating the Rockwell Hardness of the hammer head and the weight of not only the body of the hammer, but the overall weight as well. If you have questions or would like to discuss this matter further with one of our on-staff, SAFETY EXPERTS please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank You. Required by many Standards to test the mechanical integrity of product enclosures. After applying the impact with the hammer, the product is examined with accessibility probes to determine access to shock, energy, and injury hazards. Built in exact accordance to IEC, EN, UL, CSA and other international Standards. |
